Victoria Hagan is one of the country's leading interior designers. Her work, noted for its timeless elegance, is regularly featured in major design books and magazines.
Victoria has always believed that good design should be available at all price points, and should be relevant to the modern family's lifestyle. It is easy to see so many of her design hallmarks-including the sophisticated use of color, strong silhouettes, and rich use of material-that are translated into this coordinated collection of home accessories and accent furniture for Target that is aptly named Victoria Hagan Perfect Pieces, which launched in 2006.
In 2008, she expands her Perfect Pieces collection of colorful home accents with new glass hurricane lanterns, coastal wall art, ceramic dinnerware, woven accents and large pillows.
Throughout her 20 year career, Victoria has designed some of the most celebrated homes across the country, from elegant urban residences to casual weekend retreats. Additionally, in 2002 she founded Victoria Hagan Home, a collection of furniture and fabric sold exclusively through the design trade.
Soon after Victoria began her career, the New York Times described her work as "bound to be influential." She is continually featured in such publications as Architectural Digest, New York magazine, Elle Décor, Traditional Home, W, Town and Country, Harper's Bazaar and House Beautiful. Vogue exclaimed that she defies the old school implications of the term "lady decorator." She was also named "Furniture Designer of the Year" by Elle Décor magazine.
In December 2004, Victoria was inducted into the Interior Design Hall of Fame. She has also been awarded many of the country's other top design honors, including Architectural Digest's "Top 100."
A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Victoria currently serves on the school's Board of Governors. She lives in New York City with her husband and children.
