We use Segways and other mobile devices to patrol many store parking lots across the country, which allow our teams increased speed and visibility.

Guest service not only helps our guests find the items they need, but it helps ensure our guests feel safe and secure while shopping and deters crime.

Guest safety and security is increasingly important as our stores experience increased traffic. During busy shopping times, such as the holiday season or a major product launch, we follow a comprehensive crowd control plan in all of our stores, including security coverage in our parking lots prior to store opening.
