Target has received the top rating of 100 percent on Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. This honor gives a wider recognition to our strong commitment to diversity as well as our inclusive workplace policies that ensure all team members feel welcome, respected, and valued irrespective of their lifestyle and background. Target has a deep respect for what is important to our guests. We work hard to deliver outstanding value, continuous innovation, and an exceptional guest experience by consistently fulfilling our “Expect More. Pay Less.” brand promise. We support causes that are important to our guests and their families, including education, social services, and the arts. For more than 60 years, we have given back 5 percent of the company’s income. Today, that 5 percent translates into more than $3 million every week.We embrace diversity through our many community partnerships, advertising campaigns, business partners, team members and by welcoming our guests.
