How do I secure an interview or shoot footage at my local Target store?

If you are interested in shooting footage inside a Target store, select “Find a Store” on Target.com to locate and contact your nearest store. Ask to speak with the Leader on Duty to request a visit or interview.
 
Please note we cannot accommodate all requests.

Where do I find corporate information like the number of stores and executive bios?

If you want to access basic corporate information about Target, including number of stores and locations, financial results and executive officer bios, select the Corporate Information link on Pressroom.

Where do I find news on sales results and other financial information?

Visit our Investors site for Target’s latest financial news. Comments regarding the company's sales results are available in a pre-recorded telephone message that may be accessed by calling (612) 761-6500.

What is Target’s return or coupon policy?

Target’s return policy and coupon policy can be found on Target.com.

What is Target’s privacy policy?

If you are interested in selling a product at a Target store, call our Target Vendor Hotline at (612) 696-7500.

I’m a guest and have a question for Target. Who do I contact?

Target contact information can be found on Target.com. Guest inquiries should be directed to Guest.Relations@target.com or 1-800-440-0680.

Members of the media are invited to call the Target Media Hotline at (612) 696-3400 or email press@target.com. The hotline is staffed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Monday through Friday. Media may leave a message during other times. The hotline voicemail system is checked periodically.

We strive to return all calls within one business day.
