Community Giving: Education: Early Childhood Reading
Target is committed to supporting early childhood reading.  Target aims to foster a love of reading among children and families by helping to put books in the hands of children through pediatrician visits, sponsoring a national writing contest in partnership with the Library of Congress, partnering with United Through Reading® to sponsor its military read-aloud-by-videotape program, and supporting book festivals across the country.
