Executive Vice President and Chief Stores Officer
Tina Tyler is executive vice president and chief stores officer for Target and a member of its executive leadership team. She leads a team of more than 300,000 team members in over 1,790 stores in the U.S. that generate more than $70 billion in annual sales.
Tina joined Target in 1987 as a stores team member. Since then, she has held a number of leadership positions within the stores organization, including store team leader, regional vice president and senior vice president. She moved into a headquarters position in 2010, as senior vice president, new business development and enterprise strategy, with responsibilities that included developing a small formats strategy and international growth opportunities. Tina was promoted to lead the stores organization in January 2011, and in 2013 assumed responsibility for Target’s assets protection team.
In addition to her career at Target, Tina is also member of The American National Red Cross Board of Governors and in 2013 began serving on the organization’s Compensation and Management Development Committee.
She earned her B.A. from Hardin Simmons University.
